Read the full strategy ↗I was the sole marketing person at the brokerage. My responsibility covered overall marketing, with the main focus on generating property buyer and investor enquiries worldwide.
I used multiple strategies to generate both buyer enquiries and seller/property-owner leads, combining paid advertising, WhatsApp outreach, SEO, landing pages, and CRM integrations. Lead generation was central to my role. I ran lead campaigns and used WhatsApp marketing to approach sellers and property owners, alongside advertising, SEO, and landing pages.
I treated investors and end users as separate audiences when planning property lead-generation campaigns, alongside outreach to sellers and property owners.
I tracked cost per lead and conversions and worked on CRM integrations to connect lead-generation activity with enquiry management.
I studied the particular property project and its offer before planning campaigns. The allocated budget and daily lead requirement informed delivery, alongside the number of sales agents available to handle enquiries.
I used Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and property portals for lead generation, alongside social media, property promotion, brand communication, and campaign reporting.
I worked with sales colleagues to review enquiry quality and bring their feedback into targeting and messaging. This connected lead generation with the team’s capacity to follow up.

I bring experience managing the complete marketing workflow independently while keeping the sales team’s capacity and feedback in view. This role developed my ability to prioritise, coordinate delivery and connect acquisition with practical follow-up.
