During my time at Creative Events Solution, I promoted more than 150 events, combining online and offline marketing, paid advertising, PR, influencer and celebrity collaborations, and on-site tracking.
Based at a New Delhi event management company, I promoted events across India, with a primary focus on Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Advertising budgets varied by event. I considered the location, ticket price, and other marketing requirements when planning promotion.
The main goal was to attract people and drive event attendance. Campaigns supported awareness, enquiries, registrations, and ticket sales where relevant, bringing promotion and event planning together around turnout.
As the company’s sole marketing person, I took responsibility for promoting upcoming and ongoing events across online and offline channels. My work brought event communication, social media, and branded content together to build visibility around each event.
I personally ran Meta, Google, and YouTube advertising for event promotion and handled PR activities alongside online and offline marketing. These responsibilities formed part of my ownership of event marketing.
As the company’s sole marketing person, I handled influencer and celebrity collaborations from selection and outreach through fee negotiations and coordination of promotions and appearances. This work sat alongside my paid advertising, PR, social media, and offline event promotion responsibilities.
I attended events in person and personally tracked attendance and marketing response on site. My involvement continued beyond promotion into the event itself, keeping me close to the turnout the campaigns were intended to generate.
Alongside promotion, I contributed directly to event planning and coordinated with clients and delivery teams. This gave me experience connecting a client’s requirements with both the event plan and its public-facing communication.
I personally handled marketing and contributed to event planning for events involving Tech Mahindra, Samsung, Genpact, and other corporate clients. I was the company’s only marketing person.
I worked with clients and delivery teams on campaign coordination. This experience developed the communication and organization skills that later became central to my agency and venue marketing work.

I bring experience carrying marketing through the complete event cycle: planning, promotion, coordination and on-site observation. This foundation strengthened my ability to communicate with clients, manage moving parts and stay close to the outcome.
