Overview
An internal agency platform connecting clients, team tasks, permissions, reporting, and invoicing.
Mintax Tracker is an internal agency management platform. Its scope brings client and team workflows together with tasks, activity, notifications, billing, and reports.

Business context.
Agency operations span people, projects, and financial administration. The product brings those activities into a shared working environment with access appropriate to each role.

I worked on role-based permissions so that access could reflect different responsibilities. Product requirements include who can view information and who should be able to change it.
Invoicing & refinement
My work also includes invoice presentation and AI-assisted development and refinement. The work connects workflow requirements, access permissions, invoice presentation, and iterative product development.
